Round 4
97. Tennessee (2-14)-Rashad Greene, WR, Florida State
Greene was very good in college, he was Jameis Winston's favorite target for two years in a row.
98. New England - from Tampa Bay (2-14)-Josh Robinson, RB, Mississippi State
Shane Vereen and Stevan Ridley are both free agents. Robinson can catch passes out of the backfield.
99. Oakland (3-13)-Senquez Golson, CB, Ole Miss
Golson is a ball hawk who had 10 interceptions last year. Carlos Rogers and Tarell Brown are both free agents.
100. Jacksonville (3-13)-Jeremy Langford, RB, Michigan State
Toby Gerhart is not a starting caliber running back.
101. New York Jets (4-12)-Daryl Williams, OT/OG, Oklahoma
The Jets could use some help to fortify their offensive line.
102. Washington (4-12)-Ramik Wilson, ILB, Georgia
The Redskins need more depth at the inside linebacker position. Wilson could be a starter from day one.
103. Chicago (5-11)-Derron Smith, FS, Fresno State
Chris Conte is a free agent, Smith should be a starter right away, either at safety or nickel cornerback.
104. Atlanta (6-10)-Ben Koyack, TE, Notre Dame
Levine Toilolo is the only tight end on the Falcons roster. Toilolo was a below average starter last year. Koyack is a big body, but may not have a big impact on the offense in year one.
105. New York Giants (6-10)-James Sample, SS, Louisville
The Giants top 2 safeties are both free agents and they don't really have a lot of depth after that. Sample is good against the run and will also be a key contributor on special teams.
106. Tampa Bay - from St. Louis (6-10)-Jeremiah Poutasi, OT/OG, Utah
Played offensive tackle in college, but would benefit by moving inside.
107. Minnesota (7-9)-Taiwan Jones, ILB, Michigan State
Jasper Brinkley is a free agent and they don't have any depth at middle linebacker. Jones could compete to be the starter right away.
108. Cleveland (7-9)-Devin Funchess, WR/TE, Michigan
Funchess' 4.7 40 was very disappointing. He may be better suited as a tight end.
109. New Orleans (7-9)-Garrett Grayson, QB, Colorado State
They need a backup behind Brees, and someone who could develop under him. Grayson could sit behind Brees for three or four years then possibly become the future of the team.
110. Philadelphia - from Buffalo via San Francisco (8-8)-Preston Smith, DE, Mississippi State
The Eagles could use some depth on the defensive line. Smith fits in a 4-3 scheme and could be a good rotational player.
111. Miami (8-8)-Shane Carden, QB, East Carolina
The Dolphins need a backup behind Ryan Tannehill. Matt Moore will probably leave in free agency.
112. Cleveland - from Buffalo (9-7)-Tyler Kroft, TE, Rutgers
Jordan Cameron expressed interest that he would like to leave Cleveland. If he does they will need his replacement. Kroft is good after the catch.
113. Houston (9-7)-Durell Eskridge, FS, Syracuse
Kendrick Lewis and Danieal Manning are both free agents. If one of them does not return, Eskridge can come in and compete for playing time.
114. San Diego (9-7)-Steven Nelson, CB, Oregon State
They need to double down on cornerbacks as they may lose Brandon Flowers.
115. Kansas City (9-7)-Robert Myers, OG, Tennessee State
Jeff Linkenbach is a free agent and may not return. Myers may need some time to develop.
116. Philadelphia (10-6)-Sean Mannion, QB, Oregon State
Although Nick Foles was a pro bowler in 2013, the Eagles are still not sold on him. Mark Sanchez will likely be leaving. Mannion can come in and compete. Statistically, he was okay in 2014, but in 2013 he threw for the second most yards in college football. He was also fourth in touchdown passes in 2013.
117. Cincinnati (10-5-1)-Ronald Darby, CB, Florida State
Terrence Newman is a free agent, Leon Hall and Adam "Pacman" Jones are both over 30. Dre Kirkpatrick has not lived up to his potential yet.
118. Pittsburgh (11-5)-Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, CB, Oregon
The Steelers ' cornerback group is a mess. Ekpre-Olomu is coming off injuries, and it will hurt his draft stock.
119. Detroit (11-5)-Javorius Allen, RB, USC
Reggie Bush is injury prone and Joique Bell is unproven as a full time starter. Allen could split carries with Bell.
120. Arizona (11-5)-Kaleb Eulls, DT, Mississippi State
Four year starter in SEC. Could take over Dan Williams' spot if he leaves.
121. Carolina (7-8-1)-Markus Golden, OLB, Missouri
Golden disappointed last year, but could provide depth to the Panthers' linebacker corps.
122. Baltimore (10-6)-Henry Anderson, DE, Stanford
They could use a replacement for Chris Canty. Anderson best fits in a 3-4 scheme, which is what the Ravens use.
123. San Francisco - from Denver (12-4)-Christian Covington, DT, Rice
Good rotational player, but has knee problems. His medical exam at the combine will be crucial in determining what round he will be selected.
124. Dallas (12-4)-Lorenzo Mauldin, DE/OLB, Louisville
He could be a 4-3 defensive end or a 3-4 outside linebacker. He could provide depth as Anthony Spencer is a free agent.
125. Indianapolis (11-5)-Ty Montgomery, WR, Stanford
Reggie Wayne's career is coming to a close and Hakeem Nicks is a free agent. Also, the Colts already have Coby Fleener and Griff Whalen who both played with Andrew Luck at Stanford. Montgomery played with Luck in 2011.
126. Green Bay (12-4)-Stefon Diggs, WR, Maryland
Randall Cobb is a free agent and if he leaves, they will need another receiver as Jarrett Boykin did not live up to expectations last year. I expect Diggs to have a very good combine.
127. Seattle (12-4)-Anthony Chickillo, DE, Miami
The Seahawks need more depth at defensive end, as both their backups are free agents. Chickillo had a good Senior Bowl and looks like another Miami player who will probably be a better pro than college player.
128. New England (12-4)-Tony Lippett, WR, Michigan State
Lippett is a big receiver at 6'3. The Patriots are lacking a big receiver, as Brandon Lafell only shows flashes when playing. He also may be moved to cornerback.
