129. Buffalo - from Tampa Bay (2-14)-Trey Flowers, DE, Arkansas
Flowers is a good two down defensive end who could provide depth to the Bills defensive line.
130. Tennessee (2-14)-Jordan Richards, SS, Stanford
Michael Griffin and Bernard Pollard are both over 30 and may be near the end of their careers. Richards may not get on the field right away, but should contribute on special teams.
131. Jacksonville (3-13)-Jeff Heuerman, TE, Ohio State
Marcedes Lewis' production has dropped in recent years and he has also been injury prone. Heuerman had a much better junior season than senior season. I expect him to have a very good combine.
132. Oakland (3-13)-Za'Darius Smith, DE, Kentucky
Smith fits better in a 4-3 defense like Oakland's. Should provide good depth to their aging defensive line.
133. Washington (4-12)-Lynden Trail, DE/OLB, Norfolk State
The ex-Florida Gator was dominant at Norfolk State. Nobody knows if he will be a defensive end or an outside linebacker at the pro level. He had a solid Senior Bowl.
134. New York Jets (4-12)-Vince Mayle, WR, Washington State
Mayle was top 5 in the nation in both receptions and receiving yards last season. He had 106 receptions, 1,483 yards and 9 touchdowns. Mayle is very raw and might not have immediate impact, but he has a lot of potential for the future.
135. Denver - from Chicago (5-11)-Andy Gallik, C, Boston College
Will Montgomery is a free agent and Gallik should be able to start right away.
136. New York Giants (6-10)-Jalston Fowler, FB, Alabama
Fowler would be an upgrade over Henry Hynoski, who is a free agent.
137. St. Louis (6-10)-Rob Havenstein, OT, Wisconsin
Joe Barksdale is a free agent and Havenstein should be able to become a starter at right tackle from day one.
138. Atlanta (6-10)-Josh Shaw, CB, USC
The Falcons have three cornerbacks that are going to be free agents. Josh Shaw had a lot of hype before last season, but then he got in trouble for lying about how he got injured. His team meetings will be very important to where he goes in this draft.
139. Cleveland (7-9)-Connor Halliday, QB, Washington State
Brian Hoyer is a free agent and might not want to come back. Johnny Manziel is having trouble maturing on and off the field and did not look like a starting quarterback when he played last year. Halliday has thrown for 8,470 yards over the past two seasons and can become a solid backup.
140. New Orleans (7-9)-Jamil Douglas, OG, Arizona State
Douglas is a left guard only. He has shown flashes of looking like an NFL starter, but was very inconsistent.
141. Minnesota (7-9)-Adam Shead, OG, Oklahoma
The Vikings had too many different offensive line combinations last season. Charlie Johnson will be replaced; Shead could compete with David Yankey for the right guard spot.
142. Miami (8-8)-Justin Hardy, WR, East Carolina
Brian Hartline and Brandon Gibson will likely be cut and Mike Wallace has at most, one more year in Miami. Hardy was very good at the Senior Bowl. During his final college season he had 121 receptions, the second most in college football, and 1,494 yards, the fourth most in college football.
143. San Francisco (8-8)-Chad Hamilton, OT/OG, Coastal Carolina
Mike Iupati is about to leave the 49ers and they have Brandon Thomas, a 3rd round pick from last year coming back from injury. Hamilton will be a better fit at guard, but will need a year to get used to the pro level.
144. Houston (9-7)-Ellis McCarthy, DT, UCLA
Louis Nix III could very well become a starter next year because Ryan Pickett and Jerrell Powe are both free agents. McCarthy could come in and be a good rotational player.
145. San Diego (9-7)-B.J. Finney, C, Kansas State
Nick Hardwick announced his retirement and Rich Ohrnberger is a free agent, Finney is good enough to start right away.
146. Kansas City (9-7)-Marcus Hardison, DT, Arizona State
Kansas needs help on their defensive line. Hardison is a good fit in a 3-4 scheme. Hardison had 10 sacks last year.
147. Buffalo (9-7)-Bryan Bennett, QB, Southeastern Louisiana
E.J. Manuel is the only quarterback on the Bills roster. Even if they get someone in free agency they will still need a third-string quarterback.
148. Philadelphia (10-6)-Hayes Pullard, ILB, USC
Casey Matthews is a free agent and DeMeco Ryans is coming off a bad injury.
149. Cincinnati (10-5-1)-Shaq Mason, OG, Georgia Tech
Mason could play center and guard. The Bengals need help at left guard.
150. Detroit (11-5)-Kwon Alexander, OLB, LSU
Ashlee Palmer is a free agent and the Lions will have a hard time keeping him and any other of their free agents if they want to resign Ndamukong Suh.
151. Arizona (11-5)-Jordan Hicks, OLB, Texas
Two of their top four outside linebackers are free agents. They may not spend a lot of money in free agency on the defense, as they need a lot of help on offense. They will have to build the defense in the draft. Hicks has huge upside.
152. Pittsburgh (11-5)-Tyler Varga, RB, Yale
The Steelers do not have a solid backup to Le'Veon Bell. Varga is a big back who could be a decent backup and key special teamer.
153. Carolina (7-8-1)-Lorenzo Doss, CB, Tulane
The Panthers need more depth in the secondary.
154. Tampa Bay - from Baltimore (10-6)-Zack Wagenmann, DE, Montana
Wagenmann had 17.5 sacks last year and after some time could be a good pass rusher in the NFL.
155. Dallas (12-4)-Zack Hodges, DE/OLB, Harvard
Hodges has the potential to get to the quarterback at the pro level.
156. Denver (12-4)-Geneo Grissom, OLB, Oklahoma
Should be a core special teamer and could find the field on third down.
157. Indianapolis (11-5)-Cedric Reed, DE, Texas
Showed flashes of being capable as third down defensive end.
158. Green Bay (12-4)-MyCole Pruitt, TE, Southern Illinois
Had a very good senior season producing 81 catches for 861 yards and 13 touchdowns.
159. Seattle (12-4)-Derrick Lott, DT, Chattanooga
Had 6 sacks and 13.5 tackles for losses. Seattle's defensive tackles are getting old.
160. New England (12-4)-Sean Hickey, OT, Syracuse
The Patriots could use some more depth on the offensive line.
