Mason Foster is a free agent and may not be back.
66. Tennessee (2-14)-Hauoli Kikaha, OLB/DE, Washington
The Titans defense was a disaster last year. They could use a pass rusher like Kikaha, who had 19 sacks last season.
67. Jacksonville (3-13)-Jalen Collins, CB, LSU
The Jaguars passing defense was below average last year and could use help. Collins is big at 6'2, but he has only 10 career starts.
68. Oakland (3-13)-T.J. Yeldon, RB, Alabama
Darren McFadden and Maurice Jones-Drew are both past their prime. Yeldon had his worst year statistically last year, but was a solid starter at Alabama for three years.
69. Washington (4-12)-Kevin Johnson, CB, Wake Forest
DeAngelo Hall is about to be in his twelfth season in the NFL and is heading towards the end of his career. David Amerson has not lived up to expectations so far.
70. New York Jets (4-12)-David Cobb, RB, Minnesota
With Chris Johnson likely on the outs and Chris Ivory is not an every down back. Cobb was one of the best running backs in the nation last year.
71. Chicago (5-11)-Reese Dismukes, C, Auburn
Dismukes was the best center in college football last year. Even though the Bears signed Roberto Garza to a one year extension, this will be his fifteenth and likely last year.
72. St. Louis (6-10)-Bryce Petty, QB, Baylor
Sam Bradford is in the last year of his contract and has been injury prone. Petty needs some development and would benefit by sitting on the bench for a year or two.
73. Atlanta (6-10)-Arie Kouandjio, OG, Alabama
Kouandjio was a good run blocker at Alabama and should help Atlanta's run game.
74. New York Giants (6-10)-Joey Mbu, DT, Houston
The Giants need a lot of help on their defensive line. Mbu was very good in Houston.
75. New Orleans (7-9)-Hroniss Grasu, C, Oregon
The Saints need a center and Grasu was great last year. He shut down the top defensive tackles, including Danny Shelton, a top pick.
76. Minnesota (7-9)-David Johnson, RB, Northern Iowa
Adrian Peterson is likely gone and Jerick McKinnon and Matt Asiata are both not starter quality. Johnson has the potential to be an every down back.
77. Cleveland (7-9)-Gabe Wright, DT, Auburn
Phil Taylor has disappointed in Cleveland and Ahtyba Rubin is a free agent. Wright was dominant with Auburn last year.
78. Miami (8-8)-Ali Marpet, OG, Hobart
Ali Marpet stock skyrocketed after he had a great Senior Bowl. Miami needs a starting guard, as Dallas Thomas is not a quality starter.
79. San Francisco (8-8)-Phillip Dorsett, WR, Miami
The 49ers take a second wide receiver early as Anquan Boldin is nearing the end of his career. Dorsett is very fast, as he is expected to run a high 4.2 or low 4.3 40 yard dash at the Combine. Dorsett had a very good Senior Bowl.
80. Kansas City (9-7)-Jamison Crowder, WR, Duke
Kansas City will also double down on wide receivers because their receivers had 0 touchdowns last season. Alex Smith does not throw the deep ball well, so they will draft a receiver who can get a lot of yards after the catch. Crowder can do that and should thrive in this offense.
81. Buffalo (9-7)-Josue Matias, OG, Florida State
Matias is very big, standing at 6'6 and 325 pounds. He is a very good pass blocker and the Bills need protection for E.J. Manuel, who at times, does not get rid of the ball quick enough.
82. Houston (9-7)-Nelson Agholor, WR, USC
Andre Johnson could be released and even though Hopkins will be their #1 receiver this year, he only showed spurts of being great last year. Agholor was a top receiver last year. He ended 7th in receptions, 9th in yards, and 7th in touchdowns.
83. San Diego (9-7)-Jacoby Glenn, CB, UCF
Brandon Flowers is a free agent and will command big money. Glenn is a ball hawk, he had 7 interceptions last year.
84. Philadelphia (10-6)-Cedric Ogbuehi, OT, Texas A&M
Jason Peters is 33 years old and has one or two good years left. Ogbuehi has a torn ACL and may have to take a redshirt year.
85. Cincinnati (10-5-1)-Grady Jarrett, DT, Clemson
Domata Peko is way past his prime, and Jarrett fits much better in a 4-3 defense like Cincinnati.
86. Arizona (11-5)-Donovan Smith, OT/OG, Penn State
Smith had a very good Senior Bowl and will probably play guard at the pro level. He should compete right away for a starting job.
87. Pittsburgh (11-5)-Alex Carter, CB, Stanford
Ike Taylor and Brice McCain are free agents and William Gay is not starter quality anymore.
88. Detroit (11-5)-John Miller, OG, Louisville
Rob Sims will be a free agent and John Miller could replace him.
89. Carolina (7-8-1)-Tyler Lockett, WR, Kansas State
Lockett should be a solid slot receiver in the pros.
90. Baltimore (10-6)-Devin Smith, WR, Ohio State
Torrey Smith is a free agent and Steve Smith Sr. will be 36 years old when the season starts. Devin Smith was the best deep threat in college last year, averaging 28.2 yards per catch last year.
91. Dallas (12-4)-Jake Fisher, OT, Oregon
Doug Free is a free agent and could leave. Fisher is very athletic, as he used to be a tight end.
92. Denver (12-4)-Nick O'Leary, TE, Florida State
Julius Thomas is a free agent, if he leaves Nick O'Leary was a top tight end in college football last year. He could become a star in this offense with Peyton Manning.
93. Indianapolis (11-5)-Mike Davis, RB, South Carolina
Trent Richardson is likely on his way out of Indy and Daniel "Boom" Herron and Zurlon Tipton are not the answer. Mike Davis is a solid running back and could catch passes out of the backfield.
94. Green Bay (12-4)-Kevin White, CB, TCU
White had a great season at TCU, matching up against the opponent's top receiver every game. He also had a great Senior Bowl.
95. Seattle (12-4)-Ty Sambrailo, OT, Colorado State
Sambrailo will provide great depth to the Seahawks line. He has the potential to be a starting tackle.
96. New England (12-4)-Danielle Hunter, DE, LSU
The Patriots are in a spot to take the best player available. Hunter can eventually replace Rob Ninkovich, who is getting older.
